Start with the context, what you have already tried, and the real point of friction. Then ask one specific question.

TaoCard collects only the information needed to run accounts, generate readings, process payments, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. The operating entity and business address will be published before live launch.
We may process account email, login records, questions you submit, selected cards, report previews, payment status, device/browser signals, and support messages. Payment card details are handled by payment providers such as PayPal and should not be stored by TaoCard.
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, objection, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent by contacting support@taocard.asia.

TaoCard provides AI-assisted card reflection for self-observation and personal journaling. By using the service, you agree not to misuse the product, attack the service, copy private content, or rely on readings as professional advice.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the questions and content you submit. We may suspend access if an account is used for abuse, fraud, scraping, harassment, or illegal activity.

Full reports become available after unlock. Once a full report has been delivered, refunds are generally unavailable unless there is a duplicate charge, failed delivery, unauthorized transaction, or a legal requirement in your region.
